Dan works alongside Emily across strategy and operations priorities, including fundraising, board development, and internal operations.
Dan brings operating experience across a number of enterprise and startup businesses. He led an IT capital program at Liberty Utilities (distribution utility), operated Technitask (boutique technical consultancy), and helped build the People & Culture function at Shiftsmart (Series B labor marketplace). Prior to that, he worked in product management at Datto (cybersecurity, acquired by Kaseya) and as a management consultant at EY-Parthenon. He has also worked extensively in the charitable sector, advising foundations and charities in the education, youth, and community services sectors in Canada.
