
Inbal Goldberger is the Co-Founder and CEO of Codeliance, an AI-powered compliance platform that helps online platforms navigate digital safety regulation such as the EU Digital Services Act and the UK Online Safety Act. She has over a decade of experience in Trust & Safety, specializing in digital regulation, online safety, and AI governance.
Before Codeliance, Inbal was VP Trust & Safety at ActiveFence, a trust, safety, and security company safeguarding communicative technologies. She was also part of Trust & Safety leadership at Google, where she managed a global function of escalation analysts across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM through critical global events such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2020 US Elections. She has also pioneered Ireland’s first Trusted Flagger entity, co-founded the Trust & Safety Academy at NYU Bronfman Centre, and was part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Coalition for Digital Safety.
At AddressHate, Inbal brings deep experience and understanding of how solutions combatting digital hate are applied in global technology platforms. She also supports the antisemitism flagging capabilities of AddressHate’s classifier with her advisory council role at the Institute for Technology and Human Rights at the World Jewish Congress.
